I’ve been where you are.

For 23 years, I’ve owned and operated businesses across multiple industries—national franchise brands including European Wax Center and Massage Envy, construction, restaurants, media, music and entertainment, and home services. I know what it’s like to work long hours and miss out on the things that matter most, to feel like you’re the only one who can do anything right, to make good revenue but still feel trapped. I’ve lived it.

The difference? I figured out how to get out of the trap. Two years ago, I decided to start teaching other business owners what I’ve learned and help them build businesses that don’t consume their lives. Since then, I’ve coached law firm owners and service-based businesses to take back control.

My clients are established business owners with real teams and real revenue who feel like their business owns them instead of the other way around. They haven’t taken a real vacation in years. They’re building teams that create more problems than they solve. They’re working themselves to exhaustion despite being “successful” on paper.

Why I Do This

My faith in Jesus Christ drives everything I do, and I believe God has called me to this work for a bigger purpose. I believe healthy businesses create better lives, better families, better communities, and ultimately a better world. When business owners get free from the chaos and start making real profit, they have the capacity to create real impact—supporting church and outreach programs, funding scholarships, helping employees and their families thrive, serving their communities, supporting causes they care about, and building generational wealth that blesses others.

My goal is to help you build a business that serves your life and values, not one that steals them.
