This is a coaching partnership where we work together to solve your biggest business challenges, build the right systems, and create a business that runs with clarity, structure, and profitability.

1. Extended Kickoff Session (90–minutes)
We get crystal clear on where you’re going and what matters most—then turn that into a practical plan. You’ll walk away with:
– 3-year vision
– 1-year targets
– Clear quarterly priorities
– Immediate next steps
This becomes the foundation for everything we build.

2. Bi-Weekly Strategy Calls (30–45 minutes)
Focused, outcome-driven sessions to:
– Solve real business problems
– Remove bottlenecks

– Set clear priorities for the upcoming week(s)

3. Ongoing Support Between Calls
Direct access via email for questions, decisions, and roadblocks—so you’re not stuck waiting for the next session.

Every quarter, we zoom out and reset:
